Christmas in NY

Though I’ve never lived in this town, it feels good to be back home. Somehow the tourists blocking the sidewalk on Broadway don’t seem that bothersome. Well, maybe not… but it’s still good to be here.

Saw Charlie Wilson’s War last night. Decent film, but it didn’t really get a hold of  me. It’s always tough watching a movie “based on a true story.” When does the story match reality? And when has it been changed to make the story work better?

(Feels wierd to have been in a movie theater for three nights in a row. Saw I am Legend and Enchanted in NL before leaving town. Not my type of movies, but it’s a last chance to hang out with friends.)
